Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the Mesa Ridge and Fountain Mesa Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions such as checking accounts, savings, and credit products
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic client inquiries
• Promote and sell branch-specific products like credit cards, loans, and investment services to meet sales goals
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and adhering to security protocols
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to encourage self-service options
• Participate in community outreach events to build JPMorgan Chase's presence in Fountain, CO

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
