Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the City Heights Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and branch growth
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize Chase mobile apps and online platforms
• Participate in community outreach events in San Diego to strengthen local ties and brand presence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to work full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including potential evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
