Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Farmington Station Park Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving inquiries in compliance with Chase policies
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize mobile apps and online platforms
• Collaborate with branch team to meet sales goals and support community events in Farmington, UT
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and security protocols to protect client information
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer at the end of each shift

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
