Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the McCandless Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize Chase mobile apps and online services
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and support community initiatives in Pittsburgh
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for service excellence
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial industry trends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and banking software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including potential evenings and weekends
