Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Rita Ranch Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering procedures
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling
• Promote community engagement initiatives in Tucson to build lasting client relationships
• Document client interactions and transactions in the bank's systems for record-keeping and reporting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
