Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Telluride Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service and convenience
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver superior client service
• Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions securely
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in community events in Telluride to build local relationships and brand awareness
• Support branch operations including opening and closing procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Availability to work full-time 40 hours per week, including potential Saturdays
