Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Walnut St Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote loyalty and cross-selling opportunities
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving client inquiries or issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while balancing teller drawer daily
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their financial management
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen JP Morgan Chase's presence in Wooster, OH

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of banking products and services or willingness to learn
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
