Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Eliot Ave Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
  • Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and ensure compliance with banking regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
  • Handle cash and sensitive customer information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity
  • Support community engagement initiatives in Middle Village, NY, to build lasting client relationships

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory
