Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage top talent for various functions within JP Morgan Chase, focusing on financial services expertise
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking events, and industry databases
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with JP Morgan's high standards
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track sourcing activities, candidate progress, and recruitment metrics
• Promote diversity and inclusion by sourcing underrepresented talent for financial roles in Buenos Aires and globally
• Stay updated on financial industry trends, talent market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting hiring
• Partner with regional teams to support international sourcing needs for JP Morgan's Latin America operations
• Analyze sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance talent acquisition efficiency
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's ethical sourcing practices and data privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or candidate engagement within a corporate environment
• Proven track record in sourcing candidates for financial services roles, including compliance and regulatory positions
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search techniques
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Argentina and international hiring practices
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing for investment banking, asset management, or commercial banking roles at JP Morgan Chase
• Certification in recruitment such as SHRM-CP or AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter
• Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies to build inclusive talent pipelines
• Prior experience in a multinational financial institution with exposure to global talent markets
• Proficiency in data analytics tools for recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline management
