Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fund operations or client servicing within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience in managing client-facing teams in asset management or investment funds
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and regulatory compliance in global markets
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin, with experience in cross-border client interactions
  • Track record of driving operational improvements and client satisfaction metrics in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance or related discipline
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar enterprise platforms for fund operations
  • Certification such as CFA, CPA, or FRM
