Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality client servicing for Korean-speaking clients, responding to inquiries on fund performance, transactions, and reporting
  • Process and reconcile fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to senior stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements in fund operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions
  • Prepare and deliver customized reports and analytics to clients using JP Morgan's proprietary tools
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions
  • Support fund launches and ongoing operations for a diverse portfolio of investment products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor daily operations to mitigate risks and maintain operational excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fund operations, client servicing, or financial services
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and regulatory reporting in the asset management industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Understanding of global financial markets and investment products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JP Morgan's internal systems or similar financial platforms like Aladdin
  • Familiarity with Asian markets and cross-border fund servicing
  • Certifications such as CFA Level 1 or Fund Operations qualifications
