Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated client servicing support to institutional asset managers and owners across the Asia Pacific region
  • Handle client inquiries related to fund performance, NAV calculations, and transaction processing
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and APAC jurisdictions
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including documentation and KYC processes
  • Generate and distribute customized reports on fund operations and portfolio metrics
  • Monitor and reconcile fund transactions to support seamless client servicing delivery
  • Collaborate with global JP Morgan teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in client servicing workflows
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to fund operations enhancements in the APAC market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fund operations, client servicing, or asset management support
  • Strong understanding of institutional asset management processes in the Asia Pacific region
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese are advantageous
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Hong Kong and APAC markets
  • Experience with client relationship management systems or CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA Level 1 or equivalent certification
  • Prior experience with JP Morgan Chase or similar global financial institutions
  • Familiarity with fund accounting software like Aladdin or Charles River
  • Background in servicing institutional clients such as pension funds or sovereign wealth funds
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
