Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new investment fund products, ensuring seamless integration into JPMorgan Asset Management's global platform
• Collaborate with sales, legal, compliance, and operations teams to develop and launch innovative fund pipelines tailored to client needs
• Oversee regulatory filings and approvals with Luxembourg authorities, including CSSF and ALFI, to maintain compliance
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for fund product launches, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for fund product enhancements and innovations
• Facilitate cross-border coordination between Luxembourg operations and global JPMorgan teams in New York, London, and Asia
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fund administrators, custodians, and distribution partners
• Monitor post-implementation performance of funds, recommending adjustments to optimize product lifecycle and client satisfaction
• Support sales enablement by providing product expertise and training materials for distribution channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fund product management, implementation, or operations within the asset management industry
• In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations, including UCITS, AIFMD, and CSSF requirements
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams for product launches and implementations
• Strong understanding of investment fund structures, such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investment vehicles
• Experience with fund administration, custody, and transfer agency services in a European context

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or IMC
• Prior experience working at a global asset manager like JPMorgan Chase or similar firm
• Familiarity with ESG integration in fund products and sustainable investment frameworks
• Fluency in English and French, with additional European languages as an advantage
