Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JPMorgan Chase standards
• Perform daily NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations and validations for various investment funds
• Monitor and resolve exceptions in fund servicing operations, escalating issues to senior team members as needed
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including custodians, transfer agents, and internal teams, to ensure seamless fund administration
• Prepare and analyze reports on fund performance, positions, and cash flows for client and regulatory submissions
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries from internal and external auditors
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in fund servicing workflows within the Asset & Wealth Management division
• Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and operational controls in all fund-related activities
• Assist in onboarding new funds and clients, integrating them into JPMorgan's servicing platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in fund administration, asset servicing, or financial operations
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment funds, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactional data accurately
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, for global team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fund accounting systems such as Charles River or Advent
• Knowledge of international financial regulations like FATCA, AIFMD, or UCITS
• Prior exposure to JPMorgan Chase's operational processes or similar banking environments
• Certification in finance such as CFA Level 1 or CPA
