Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of fund positions, cash, and trades to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the calculation and validation of Net Asset Values (NAV) for client funds
• Liaise with internal teams and external clients to resolve discrepancies and operational queries
• Monitor and process fund subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers in line with client instructions
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal JPMorgan Chase policies
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the Fund Services operations
• Prepare and analyze reports on fund performance and operational metrics for senior management
• Collaborate with global teams to support cross-border fund servicing activities
• Assist in audit preparations and respond to regulatory inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all fund servicing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fund servicing, asset management operations, or financial services
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, hedge funds, or alternative investment structures
• Proficiency in financial regulations such as SEC, AIFMD, or UCITS
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic knowledge of reconciliation processes and trade lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification like CFA Level 1 or CAIA
• Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems or similar banking platforms
• Prior exposure to NAV calculations or fund accounting
• Familiarity with Indian financial markets and SEBI regulations
• Master's degree in Finance or related discipline
