Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing fund transactions, performing reconciliations, and calculating NAVs while utilizing advanced tools and JPMorgan's proprietary platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate daily fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
  • Perform reconciliations of cash, positions, and trade data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Calculate Net Asset Values (NAV) for assigned funds and resolve any discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and custodians to resolve operational queries and issues
  • Prepare and distribute investor reports, statements, and regulatory filings
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to fund governance, AML/KYC, and risk management policies
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closings, including performance attribution analysis
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the Fund Services team
  • Assist in onboarding new funds and clients, including data setup and testing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with JPMorgan Chase standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, or operations support
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, hedge funds, or alternative investment vehicles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SEC rules, FATCA, or AIFMD
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with fund servicing platforms like Charles River or Advent
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal systems and processes
  • Certification such as CFA Level 1 or Fund Operations Certificate
  • Prior exposure to NAV calculations, reconciliations, or investor reporting
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish for Tampa-based operations
