Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fund servicing professionals to ensure accurate and timely daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for client portfolios
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of comprehensive client reporting packages, including performance analytics and regulatory filings
• Manage outsourced fund accounting services, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain service level agreements
• Monitor and reconcile fund positions, trade settlements, and cash flows to mitigate operational risks
• Implement process improvements and quality controls to enhance efficiency in fund servicing operations
• Collaborate with global teams at JP Morgan Chase to support cross-border fund administration needs
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as SEC guidelines and IFRS standards, in all fund servicing activities
• Conduct team training and performance reviews to foster a high-performing environment
• Analyze operational metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior management
• Handle escalations and resolve complex client queries related to fund accounting discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting, NAV calculations, or financial services operations
• Proven experience in managing teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong understanding of fund servicing processes, including outsourced fund accounting
• Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the asset management industry
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for client interactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment with flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar financial platforms like Aladdin or Geneva
