Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and validations for client funds
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve discrepancies and operational issues
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and implement changes to fund servicing procedures as needed
  • Generate and analyze reports on fund performance, positions, and risk metrics for stakeholders
  • Support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Utilize JPMorgan's proprietary systems to manage data integrity and workflow efficiency
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the Fund Services organization
  • Ensure timely and accurate client communications regarding fund servicing activities
  • Assist in onboarding new funds and clients, integrating them into operational workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund servicing, asset management operations, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, hedge funds, or alternative investment structures
  • Proficiency in financial regulations such as SEC, FATCA, or AIFMD
  • Experience with fund accounting processes including NAV calculations and reconciliations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA, CPA, or FRM
  • Prior experience in a global financial institution like JPMorgan Chase
  • Knowledge of investment banking products and services
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for financial reporting
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in operations
