Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the fund accounting operations team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of daily fund activities
• Process and validate trades, including trade capture, pricing, and reconciliation for various asset classes
• Resolve complex client inquiries and operational discrepancies, serving as the primary escalation point for the team
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including portfolio managers, custodians, and auditors, to support fund servicing needs
• Drive process improvements and implement automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks
• Prepare and analyze fund reports, NAV calculations, and performance metrics for senior management review
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with JPMorgan's values
• Manage escalations from clients and internal partners, providing timely resolutions and root cause analysis
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for the fund servicing function in Metro Manila

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting or fund servicing operations within the financial services industry
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume operational environment
• Strong knowledge of investment funds, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and alternative investments
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SEC, FATCA, and local Philippine financial regulations
• Proficiency in fund accounting software and ERP systems like Oracle or similar platforms
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for global stakeholder interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant professional certifications like CFA or CPA
• Experience working in a multinational financial institution, preferably in Asia-Pacific operations
• Prior exposure to JPMorgan Chase's proprietary systems or similar banking technology stacks
• Demonstrated success in process optimization and implementing automation in fund servicing
• Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors in fund management
