Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming data requests from internal stakeholders and external clients to support fund servicing operations
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements for all data handling activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and operations, to maintain high standards of data integrity
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks on fund data to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance data management efficiency within the Fund Servicing team
  • Monitor and report on data security incidents, providing recommendations for improvements
  • Support the onboarding of new funds by verifying and integrating data into JP Morgan's systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund servicing, data management, or financial operations within the asset management industry
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR, SEC guidelines, and data privacy laws
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software used in fund administration
  • Proven track record of managing data requests and ensuring data accuracy in high-volume environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Certification in financial services (e.g., CFA, FRM) or data security (e.g., CISA) is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications
