  • Collaborate with country, regional, and global teams to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks in the competitive financial services landscape
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and enhance client experiences
  • Oversee key business initiatives, including product launches, market expansion, and operational efficiency projects in Shanghai
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, regulatory compliance, and market trends to drive informed decision-making
  • Foster strong partnerships with functional areas such as risk management, compliance, technology, and finance across the firm
  • Lead cross-border projects to integrate best practices from JP Morgan Chase's global network into local operations
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on business performance, strategic priorities, and emerging opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives in a global banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in China
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin, with experience navigating multicultural business environments
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
