Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions to enhance JP Morgan's financial services operations, such as automated report generation and client advisory tools
• Oversee a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering innovation while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
• Collaborate with business units in investment banking, asset management, and consumer banking to identify AI opportunities that drive efficiency and revenue
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in a high-stakes financial environment
• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with regulatory standards, including bias mitigation and explainability in generative outputs
• Partner with technology and risk teams to integrate generative AI into JP Morgan's secure, cloud-based infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale AI projects in the financial services industry, including generative AI implementations
• Deep expertise in generative AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), transformers, and diffusion models
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services, including data privacy (GDPR) and ethical AI practices
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure in a banking environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver measurable business value through AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Publications or contributions to AI research in generative models, particularly in finance applications
