Key Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure due diligence team within Global Alternative Investments Solutions, overseeing all aspects of risk assessment for infrastructure investments
• Develop and implement due diligence frameworks tailored to infrastructure assets, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards
• Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investments in sectors like renewable energy, transportation, and digital infrastructure, identifying key risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with investment teams, legal, and compliance to provide expert insights on infrastructure deals globally
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in due diligence practices
• Monitor regulatory changes and market trends affecting infrastructure investments, updating due diligence processes accordingly
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership and clients on infrastructure investment viability
• Drive integration of ESG factors into due diligence, supporting JP Morgan Chase's commitment to sustainable finance
• Liaise with external partners, including consultants and data providers, to enhance due diligence capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in due diligence, risk management, or investment analysis within alternative investments, with a focus on infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record leading teams in financial services, particularly in global investment firms or banks like JP Morgan Chase
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure assets including energy, transportation, utilities, and real estate, with expertise in regulatory and ESG considerations
• Strong analytical skills with experience using financial modeling tools to assess investment risks and opportunities
• Ability to navigate complex global markets and compliance frameworks in the financial services industry

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA charterholder or equivalent certification in investment analysis
• Experience in infrastructure private equity or debt investments at a major financial institution
• International exposure, including work with cross-border infrastructure projects
• Background in sustainable investing or green infrastructure due diligence
