Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct actuarial modeling and analysis to support risk assessment for global financial institutions clients
  • Develop and maintain financial models for pricing, valuation, and scenario analysis in commercial and investment banking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on market trends and regulatory impacts
  • Perform stress testing and sensitivity analysis on portfolios within the Financial Institutions Group
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and client advisory
  • Monitor and analyze data from financial markets to inform strategic decisions
  • Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and financing deals
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all actuarial work
  • Contribute to the development of innovative risk management tools and frameworks
  • Mentor junior analysts and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
  • Progress towards or completion of actuarial exams (e.g., SOA or CAS designations)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in actuarial analysis, risk modeling, or financial services
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Experience working with financial institutions data and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Quantitative Finance
  • Fellow or Associate status in a recognized actuarial society (e.g., FSA, FIA)
