Key Responsibilities

• Assist in global banking operations, including transaction processing and client support for corporate and investment banking clients
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support deal structuring and risk assessment in Bengaluru's global markets hub
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with JP Morgan's risk management and regulatory standards
• Support senior bankers in client relationship management and pitch preparation for international deals
• Participate in training modules focused on JP Morgan's technology platforms and financial tools
• Contribute to process improvements in areas like trade finance, treasury services, and capital markets
• Engage in mentorship sessions to rebuild technical skills and network within the Global Banking division
• Handle ad-hoc projects related to market research and competitive analysis for APAC region clients
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposes
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights from prior career experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-5 years of prior professional experience in financial services, banking, or related industries
• Career break of at least 2 years due to personal reasons such as family commitments, education, or health
• Strong understanding of financial markets, banking operations, or global banking principles
• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Hindi or regional languages are advantageous
• Eligibility to work in India without sponsorship
• Commitment to a 12-month program with potential for full-time conversion

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at a financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar global bank
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the Indian and global financial sectors
• Advanced certifications such as CFA Level 1, FRM, or relevant banking qualifications
