Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior bankers in client relationship management and pitch preparation for international deals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of prior professional experience in financial services, banking, or related industries
  • Career break of at least 2 years due to personal reasons such as family commitments, education, or health
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, banking operations, or global banking principles
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Hindi or regional languages are advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in India without sponsorship
  • Commitment to a 12-month program with potential for full-time conversion
