Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports for the Global Banking Client Coverage Segment
  • Perform variance analysis and reconcile financial data across product lines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards and internal JP Morgan policies
  • Collaborate with front-office teams to validate product profitability and pricing
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through detailed analysis and forecasting
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes for banking products
  • Develop and maintain control procedures to enhance data integrity
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to senior management on segment performance
  • Liaise with audit and compliance teams to facilitate reviews
  • Contribute to process improvements and implementation of new financial systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, product control, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of banking products, including loans, derivatives, and capital markets instruments
  • Proficiency in financial regulations such as IFRS, GAAP, and Basel III requirements
  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
