Key Responsibilities

  • Support the structuring and execution of complex deals in commercial and investment banking, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Conduct due diligence and financial analysis on client proposals to assess viability and risks
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, legal teams, and product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions
  • Monitor ongoing deals, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
  • Prepare deal documentation, including term sheets, credit agreements, and presentation materials
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in deal services to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Assist in client negotiations and presentations, focusing on JP Morgan's value proposition in global banking
  • Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and contribute to portfolio reviews
  • Liaise with global teams in New York, London, and other hubs to facilitate seamless deal execution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in deal structuring, financial analysis, or banking operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial and investment banking products, including loans, derivatives, and capital markets
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment methodologies
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Polish or other European languages are advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent in financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global banking environment, preferably with multinational clients
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the EU, including Basel III and MiFID II
  • Prior exposure to deal execution in emerging markets or cross-border transactions
