Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with North American subsidiary clients of multinational corporations, providing tailored financing solutions
  • Structure and execute subsidiary banking products including loans, cash management, and trade finance across borders
  • Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments, and risk evaluations for potential deals in the Global Corporate Banking franchise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and product specialists to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs to identify new business opportunities in subsidiary banking
  • Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and internal reports to support business development initiatives
  • Assist in portfolio management by tracking client performance and recommending adjustments to financing strategies
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's risk management policies and global regulatory standards
  • Contribute to the growth of the international franchise by participating in client meetings and industry events
  • Support senior team members in mentoring junior analysts and fostering a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, subsidiary financing, or international banking within a financial services firm
  • Strong understanding of cross-border financing structures, regulatory requirements, and subsidiary banking practices in North America
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and deal execution in a global banking environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and credit analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on compliance and risk management
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications preferred for regulatory compliance

  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related field from a top-tier institution
