Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of business strategies for J.P. Morgan's Global Corporate Banking division in Hong Kong
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities in corporate lending and advisory services
  • Collaborate with senior management to prepare executive presentations, business plans, and performance reports
  • Manage key internal projects, including process improvements and technology implementations to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist in client coverage by analyzing financial statements and providing insights on credit risk and investment opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, and product specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends impacting corporate banking in Asia
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, such as pitching new deals to multinational corporations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, financial services, or business management roles
  • Strong understanding of global corporate banking products and services
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous for Hong Kong operations
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) from a top-tier institution
  • Prior experience working in a multinational bank in Asia-Pacific region
  • Demonstrated track record in managing cross-border transactions or client relationships
