  • Develop and maintain robust control frameworks to mitigate risks in Global Corporate Banking operations

  • Support the implementation of risk management strategies tailored to the Japanese market
  • Monitor key risk indicators and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in controls, business operations, or risk management within financial services, preferably in corporate banking
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and Japanese Financial Services Agency (FSA) guidelines
  • Proven track record in implementing and maintaining control frameworks in a global banking environment
  • Experience in audit, compliance, or operational risk roles at a major financial institution
  • Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
