  • Develop and execute tailored financial solutions, including lending, treasury services, and capital markets advisory, to support client growth
  • Identify and originate new business opportunities within the innovation ecosystem, collaborating with internal teams such as Investment Banking and Commercial Banking
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on navigating market trends, funding strategies, and regulatory challenges in Singapore and beyond
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential clients, leveraging JP Morgan's global network to deliver comprehensive banking services
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's thought leadership through industry events and whitepapers
  • Monitor portfolio performance and mitigate risks associated with high-growth, volatile sectors

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or financial services, with a focus on technology, innovation, or high-growth sectors
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development within the Asia-Pacific region
  • Deep knowledge of the innovation economy, including startups, venture capital, fintech, and emerging technologies

  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is advantageous
