Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior bankers in originating and executing financing solutions for large-cap corporate clients
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence on prospective deals
  • Develop pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on Tokyo operations
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to advise clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, and product specialists
  • Assist in structuring debt and equity offerings tailored to global corporate needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, credit analysis, and risk management
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
  • Excellent command of English; fluency in Japanese required for Tokyo-based role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent preferred
