Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with large cap corporate clients in Korea, identifying opportunities for JP Morgan's banking solutions
• Structure and execute complex financing transactions, including loans, capital markets advisory, and trade finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across JP Morgan's global network to deliver integrated financial services
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on prospective and existing clients
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting large cap corporates in Korea
• Prepare pitch materials, credit proposals, and client presentations
• Support senior bankers in business development initiatives and deal negotiations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all client interactions
• Contribute to the team's performance goals by driving revenue growth and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or financial services within the Korean market
• Strong understanding of large cap corporate clients and their financing needs in Korea
• Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record in client relationship management and deal execution
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Korean financial sector
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
