Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with large cap corporate clients in the Netherlands, providing tailored banking solutions
  • Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments, and risk evaluations for client portfolios
  • Collaborate with product teams to structure financing solutions including loans, capital markets, and advisory services
  • Support origination and execution of complex transactions such as M&A, debt issuances, and sustainability-linked financing
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs to deliver strategic advice
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development initiatives to expand JP Morgan's coverage in the Dutch large cap segment
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, Dutch regulations, and global standards
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in cross-regional projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, financial services, or coverage roles
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Dutch regulatory environment and large cap corporate clients
  • Proven track record in financial analysis and client relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Prior experience at a bulge bracket bank or in Dutch corporate finance
  • Knowledge of sustainable finance and ESG principles
  • Experience with cross-border transactions in the Benelux region
  • Dutch banking license or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA Level 1)
