Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with large cap corporate clients in India and globally, driving revenue growth through tailored banking solutions
• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing deals, including loans, trade finance, and capital markets advisory
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams at JP Morgan Chase to deliver integrated global banking services
• Conduct financial analysis and credit risk assessments for high-value clients to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Mentor and manage a team of banking professionals in Bangalore, fostering a high-performance culture
• Identify market opportunities in the large cap segment, contributing to business development strategies
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's risk management frameworks and ethical standards in all client interactions
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends, such as digital transformation and sustainability in corporate finance
• Coordinate with product specialists to offer customized solutions like cash management and treasury services
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client needs to enhance satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or financial services, with a focus on large cap clients
• Proven track record in managing relationships with multinational corporations and handling complex financial transactions
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, regulatory environments, and risk management principles
• Experience in the Indian banking sector, including knowledge of RBI regulations and local market dynamics
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is advantageous
• Ability to travel internationally as needed for client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification
• Prior experience working with JP Morgan Chase or a similar Tier-1 global bank
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams within corporate banking
• Knowledge of sustainable finance and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors in lending
• Experience in digital banking tools and fintech integrations for corporate clients
