Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with large cap corporate clients in Israel, providing tailored banking solutions
  • Lead the origination and execution of complex financing transactions, including loans, bonds, and advisory mandates
  • Collaborate with global JP Morgan teams to deliver cross-border coverage and integrated financial services
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and credit risk assessments for client portfolios
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand JP Morgan's market share in the Israeli large cap segment
  • Advise clients on capital structure optimization, mergers & acquisitions, and treasury management
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements in all client engagements
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team strategy for corporate banking in Israel
  • Monitor economic indicators and industry trends to identify opportunities for client growth
  • Prepare and present client proposals, pitches, and performance reports to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking, coverage, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing large cap corporate clients, with a focus on cross-border financing and advisory services
  • Strong understanding of Israeli market dynamics, regulatory environment, and global financial trends
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or equivalent in finance
  • Experience in risk assessment and compliance with international banking standards
