Key Responsibilities

  • Support Mid-Cap Bankers in originating and managing relationships with mid-cap corporate clients across Europe
  • Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments, and due diligence on potential deals
  • Collaborate with product partners to structure tailored financing solutions, including loans, capital markets, and advisory services
  • Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and internal reports for senior management
  • Monitor client portfolios, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Participate in client meetings, roadshows, and negotiations to drive business development
  • Assist in regulatory compliance and reporting for Frankfurt-based operations
  • Contribute to team initiatives for market research and competitive analysis in the mid-cap segment
  • Support cross-functional projects with JPMorgan's global corporate banking network

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of mid-cap corporate clients and their financing needs
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
  • EU work authorization for Germany

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
