As a Vice President in Global Corporate Banking - Nordics Fintech based in Stockholm, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with innovative fintech companies and corporate clients across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. Your primary focus will be on originating and managing high-value client relationships, leveraging JP Morgan's extensive resources in lending, treasury services, and capital markets. Collaboration with product specialists, coverage bankers, and regional leaders will be essential to tailor offerings that address the unique needs of Nordic fintechs, from startups scaling through IPOs to established corporates navigating digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with fintech and corporate clients across the Nordics, focusing on Sweden
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech sector, including lending, advisory, and capital markets services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at JP Morgan Chase to deliver tailored financial solutions for Nordic clients
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights on fintech trends to support regional growth strategies
• Manage credit and risk assessments for client portfolios, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan's global standards
• Lead client pitches, negotiations, and deal executions in partnership with product specialists
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the Nordics corporate banking team
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on navigating the evolving financial landscape in the region
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the Nordics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking, fintech, or financial services within the Nordics region
• Proven track record in managing client relationships with fintech companies and corporate clients in the Nordic markets
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland
• Fluency in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) highly advantageous
• Experience in deal structuring, credit analysis, and risk management in a global banking context

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of emerging fintech trends such as digital payments, blockchain, and open banking in the Nordics
• Existing network of contacts within the Nordic fintech ecosystem and corporate sector
• CFA, FRM, or similar professional certification
