Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking, fintech, or financial services within the Nordics region
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships with fintech companies and corporate clients in the Nordic markets
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland
  • Fluency in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) highly advantageous
  • Experience in deal structuring, credit analysis, and risk management in a global banking context

  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of emerging fintech trends such as digital payments, blockchain, and open banking in the Nordics
