Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to corporate bankers and sales teams, providing strategic advice to enhance client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client experiences across global corporate banking services
  • Identify and mitigate risks in client interactions while ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and Japanese regulations
  • Support the development of tailored financial solutions for corporate clients in the APAC region
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to articulate banking products and advisory services
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive insights on market trends and opportunities
  • Facilitate cross-border transactions and coordinate with global teams for optimal client outcomes
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by leveraging relationship management expertise
  • Ensure high standards of client service, including timely responses and personalized advisory support
  • Participate in team projects to improve processes and client satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or client advisory roles within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of global corporate banking products and services
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (business level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment in Tokyo
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a banking context
