Key Responsibilities

  • Support the structuring and execution of subsidiary financing solutions for corporate clients in the APAC region
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments for subsidiary entities, including cash flow modeling and scenario analysis

  • Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch books, and deal documentation for subsidiary banking opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, subsidiary financing, or financial services
