Key Responsibilities

  • Support the structuring and execution of subsidiary financing solutions for corporate clients
  • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on subsidiary entities across global operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored banking products for multinational corporations
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting subsidiary banking in Asia-Pacific
  • Prepare client presentations, credit memos, and reports for senior management review
  • Assist in managing relationships with key corporate clients and their subsidiaries
  • Participate in deal negotiations and contribute to risk assessment processes
  • Leverage JPMorgan's global network to provide comprehensive advisory services
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all transactions
  • Contribute to team initiatives for process improvement and innovation in subsidiary banking

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, subsidiary financing, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of international banking regulations and cross-border transactions
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and related tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in subsidiary banking or corporate finance within a multinational bank
  • Knowledge of Asian financial markets, particularly in China
  • Prior internship or role at a leading financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
