Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Subsidiary Banking team in structuring and executing financing solutions for corporate subsidiaries in Thailand
  • Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments, and due diligence for client proposals
  • Collaborate with global JP Morgan Chase teams to manage cross-border transactions and risk
  • Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and internal reports on market trends
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Assist in relationship management with key corporate clients in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Ensure compliance with local Thai regulations and JP Morgan's global standards
  • Participate in deal origination, negotiations, and closing processes
  • Contribute to team initiatives for business development and market expansion in Thailand

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, subsidiary financing, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of international banking regulations and compliance standards in Asia-Pacific
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment
  • Excellent command of English; fluency in Thai is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in subsidiary banking or cross-border financing within a multinational bank
  • Knowledge of Thai financial markets and regulatory environment
