Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Subsidiary Banking team in structuring and executing financing solutions for multinational corporate subsidiaries in Vietnam
  • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on client portfolios to assess credit risk and funding needs
  • Collaborate with global JP Morgan Chase teams to develop tailored banking products, including loans, trade finance, and cash management
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in Vietnam to advise clients on optimal financing strategies
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Assist in relationship management with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Participate in deal execution processes, from origination to closing, in coordination with legal and compliance teams
  • Contribute to team initiatives for business development and market expansion in the ASEAN region
  • Analyze subsidiary financial statements and prepare credit memos for approval
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to digital banking innovations and sustainable finance solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, financial services, or subsidiary financing
  • Strong understanding of international banking regulations and Vietnamese financial markets
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel and Bloomberg
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Vietnamese is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in subsidiary banking or cross-border financing within multinational corporations
  • Knowledge of ASEAN financial landscapes and trade finance products
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or specialized training in international finance
  • Prior internship or role at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin or other regional dialects
