Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and their subsidiaries in the Philippines and broader APAC region
  • Structure and execute financing solutions, including loans, trade finance, and cash management for subsidiaries
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments for global corporate banking deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored banking products aligned with client needs
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions impacting subsidiary banking
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients
  • Support business development initiatives to grow JP Morgan's corporate banking portfolio in the Philippines
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC/AML standards, and local regulatory requirements
  • Assist in portfolio management, including ongoing client servicing and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, subsidiary financing, or related financial services roles
  • Strong understanding of international banking regulations and compliance standards in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Filipino or other regional languages is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-border teams
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or local banking qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with multinational corporations and their subsidiaries in emerging markets
  • Knowledge of Philippine banking laws and ASEAN financial frameworks
