Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with multinational corporations and their subsidiaries in the Asia-Pacific region
• Structure and execute tailored financing solutions, including loans, trade finance, and cash management services
• Lead due diligence processes for subsidiary banking deals, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan's risk management standards
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit risk, legal, and product specialists to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing advisory support to clients on market trends and financing strategies
• Identify new business opportunities within the global corporate banking segment, focusing on subsidiary needs
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in Singapore and other APAC jurisdictions
• Contribute to the growth of JP Morgan's subsidiary banking franchise through innovative product offerings
• Prepare and present credit proposals and deal analyses to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking, subsidiary financing, or related financial services roles
• Proven track record in structuring and executing complex financing solutions for multinational corporations
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environments, particularly in Asia-Pacific markets
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is advantageous
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent in banking and finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a reputable institution
• Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or similar global investment banks
• Prior exposure to subsidiary banking in emerging markets within Asia
