We are seeking a Vice President to join our Venture Capital Relationships team in the DACH region, based in Munich or Berlin, to drive growth in this dynamic sector. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding JPMorgan's footprint within the vibrant venture capital ecosystem of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting to the Head of VC Relationships for Europe, you will focus on building and nurturing partnerships with leading VC firms, accelerators, and family offices. Your responsibilities will include originating new banking relationships, providing tailored financial solutions such as working capital facilities, acquisition finance, and capital markets access for VC portfolio companies, and delivering actionable insights on market trends. This position requires a deep understanding of the startup landscape, from early-stage funding rounds to growth equity, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of high-growth tech, biotech, and fintech ventures prevalent in the DACH region. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, high-stakes environment and brings a blend of financial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. You will work closely with product specialists, risk teams, and coverage bankers to ensure seamless client experiences while adhering to JPMorgan's rigorous standards of integrity and compliance.
