  • Develop and execute trading strategies for cash equities in the Client Relationship Business (CRB), focusing on algorithmic and electronic execution to optimize client outcomes
  • Manage relationships with institutional clients, providing tailored trading solutions and market insights to enhance JP Morgan's global equities franchise
  • Monitor and mitigate trading risks, including market, credit, and operational risks, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Collaborate with sales, research, and technology teams to innovate and refine algo trading tools specific to cash equities
  • Analyze market trends and liquidity dynamics to inform trading decisions and contribute to the firm's overall equities strategy
  • Oversee daily trading operations, including position management, P&L reporting, and performance attribution for the CRB desk

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cash equities trading, with a focus on client relationship business (CRB) within a major investment bank

  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements including MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and EMIR in the context of equities trading
