Key Responsibilities

• Develop and innovate digital products for equity derivatives trading platforms at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities
• Design and implement automation workflows to enhance efficiency in derivatives processing
• Conduct market analysis to drive product features that support global equities strategies
• Lead cross-functional projects to integrate AI/ML into digital product solutions
• Monitor and optimize product performance using data analytics and user feedback
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in all product developments
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing sessions
• Participate in agile sprints to deliver iterative improvements to equity products
• Stay abreast of fintech trends to propose innovative solutions for JP Morgan's equities business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital product development, preferably in financial services or equities trading
• Strong understanding of equity derivatives products and market dynamics
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with finance focus
• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in equities trading (e.g., MiFID II, SEC rules)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure in a financial context
