Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage equity portfolios for Mansart's fund solutions in the private placement market
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on global equities to identify investment opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute private placement deals
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics, and market trends to optimize returns
• Advise clients on tailored fund solutions, emphasizing JP Morgan Chase's global network
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Japan and international standards
• Contribute to product development initiatives for innovative equity-based financial products
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and counterparties in Tokyo
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Support the growth of Mansart's business by advocating for fund solutions in emerging markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or fund solutions within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of global equities markets and private placement instruments
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques for equity portfolios
• Experience working in a cross-border financial environment, preferably in Asia-Pacific
• Fluency in English and Japanese (business level)
• Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
• Prior experience in private equity or alternative investments at a bulge-bracket bank
• Knowledge of Japanese regulatory frameworks for securities and fund management
• Track record of managing equity portfolios exceeding $500 million in AUM
• Experience with ESG integration in portfolio strategies
