Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or fund solutions within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of global equities markets and private placement instruments
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques for equity portfolios
  • Experience working in a cross-border financial environment, preferably in Asia-Pacific
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (business level)
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
  • Prior experience in private equity or alternative investments at a bulge-bracket bank
