Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand JP Morgan Chase's Global Family Office services across key international markets
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth strategies, including market entry, product innovation, and client acquisition for HNWIs and UHNWIs
• Lead cross-functional project teams to implement strategy roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for enhancing family office offerings, such as bespoke investment solutions and legacy planning
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams (e.g., Private Banking, Asset Management) and external partners to drive seamless service integration
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategy execution, providing insights to optimize global expansion efforts
• Facilitate workshops and advisory sessions with family office clients to tailor JP Morgan's services to their unique needs
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies for new market entries, ensuring adherence to JP Morgan's risk management framework
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content on family office trends to position JP Morgan as an industry leader

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategy, project management, or consulting within the financial services industry, with a focus on wealth management or family office services
• Proven track record in driving global expansion initiatives and executing complex strategies in a banking or asset management environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the UK and EU financial markets, including MiFID II and GDPR
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) in family office contexts
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in methodologies such as Agile or PMP
• Ability to travel internationally as needed for global expansion efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a top-tier investment bank or private bank, such as JP Morgan Chase or a competitor
• Knowledge of family office structures, including single-family offices and multi-family offices
• Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, or French to support global client engagement
• Certification in financial planning (e.g., CFP) or strategy (e.g., CMC)
• Experience in digital transformation projects within wealth management
